1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using Houston ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Houston on any Mac computers you personally own or control. This license is perpetual and does not expire.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
4. Updates
Your purchase includes all future updates to Houston at no additional cost. Updates are provided at our discretion and may add, modify, or remove features.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
8. macOS Compatibility
Houston modifies macOS user preferences using standard system APIs. While we test thoroughly, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all macOS configurations or future macOS releases. Changes made by Houston are reversible through the app or through System Settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
